In my role, I led the launch and growth of a real estate brand’s social presence from the ground up, testing and refining my skills in social media management for the first time. Over 4.5 months, I scaled the Instagram account to 500+ engaged followers while establishing a distinct brand voice rooted in community, connection, and trust. By prioritizing intentional content strategy, audience-first storytelling, and consistent brand positioning, I drove a 79.1% increase in account reach, with 64.9% coming from non-followers, signaling strong discoverability and sustained organic growth. My focus was on cultivating a highly targeted, long-term audience rather than chasing short-term metrics, resulting in meaningful engagement and brand loyalty.
Beyond Instagram, I launched and managed the company’s LinkedIn presence, developed blog content to support brand authority and SEO strategy, oversaw Facebook management, and played a key role in launching a recruiting-focused landing page to support growth and lead generation initiatives.
In addition to brand growth, I supported agents through full-service marketing execution, designing and producing monthly email newsletters, market report books, social media content, direct mail campaigns, postcards, web assets, print collateral, and in-office signage. My role blended strategy and design, allowing me to translate brand identity into high-performing marketing materials while empowering agents with tools that elevated their personal brands and strengthened client relationships.
